Peu de tempsaprès leur formation, ils sortente déjà un split avec le groupe Adelaide nommé I Killed The Prom Queen. Un an plus tard, ils reviennent avec un EP intitulé Don't Close Your Eyes.Grâce à ce Ep il vont acquérir un fan-base assez important et pourront aller enregistrer leur premier album, Killing with a Smile, aux US en 2006 sur le label, Epitaph Records. En mai 2006, le bassiste Shaun Cash quitte le groupe ...
